Job Requirements
To be considered for the position of a mechanical project engineer at Wmrth, you must:
- Have completed a degree(or associates) in mechanical engineering or related discipline
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience working in the engineering field
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in project management is preferred
- Have Fusion360 – 3D CAD software experience (in fact, the company wants to meet you if you are a Fusion360 master)
- Have proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Have working experience with both 3D printing and CNC equipment for production
- Have strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Have excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to work to get tasks over the finish line
- Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Be paying attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Have good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Be willing to stay up-to-date with advancements in 3D printing technology
- CNC programming and operation experience is a bonus
